We have 2-5 working days of handling time before our products are shipped. Our team tries its best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next business day. If the order is placed on a Saturday afternoon, we will most likely ship the product on Sunday.
Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by our 3PL partners, SMSA, FedEx, or DHL If you have any questions, email us at orders@willpower.fun
Shipment Return Policy
If you need to return a product, you can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of receiving the product. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. We’ll need the tracking number to process the return successfully.
- Products must be in new and unused condition.
- Products with a Custom setting are not returnable.
You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the card or bank account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the product.
